How can I book The Beaute Loft studio for a private event?

You can book our studio for private events directly through our website or by calling us at 586-315-3994. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date.

What types of events can be hosted at The Beaute Loft studio?

Our studio is versatile and perfect for a variety of events, including bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, workshops, and more. If you have a special request, we're here to make it happen.

What is included in the studio rental?

Studio rentals include exclusive use of our beautifully designed space, access to our kitchenette/bar area, High Speed Wi-Fi, Seating for 30 guests and complimentary access to the coffee and tea bar. Additional services such as light refreshments, custom event favors, and amenities popcorn, cotton candy or snow cone machine are available upon request for an extra fee

What is the maximum capacity for events at The Beaute Loft?

Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 35 guests. For larger events, please contact us to discuss arrangements.

Do you offer catering or can we bring our own food and drinks?

While we do not offer in-house catering, we have partnerships with local caterers and can arrange catering services for your event. You are also welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Please let us know what food you plan on bringing 48-72 prior to the event so we can assure they are accommodated.

What is the cancellation policy for studio rentals?

The Beaute Loft Cancellation Policy for Private Event Studio Rentals

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best as we can. However, due to the time and resources involved in preparing for your special event, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 6 to 3 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Rescheduling Only: Cancellations made 2 days or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your event for a future date, subject to availability.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our aim is to ensure every event at The Beaute Loft is a memorable and seamless experience.

Can we decorate the studio for our event?

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the studio to suit your event theme. We ask that all decorations are removed at the end of your event without causing damage to the studio. Please let us know what decorations you plan on bringing and embellishing 48-72 prior to the event so we can assure they are accommodated.

Is parking available for event guests?

Yes, we provide parking information and options for guests attending your event. Detailed parking instructions will be provided upon booking. We have metered parking on the side and front of the building. The back for the entire block is designed for Under certain circumstances, we may allow one hosts to park in back.

Are there any restrictions on the type of events that can be hosted?

We aim to accommodate a wide range of events but reserve the right to decline bookings that do not align with our brand values or that may cause undue disturbance. Please contact us at 586-315-3994 to discuss your event in detail.

How do we handle cleanup after the event?

Basic cleanup is included in your rental agreement. However, we ask that the space is left in a respectful condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.

Can we extend our rental time on the day of the event?

Extension of rental time is subject to availability and additional charges. We recommend discussing your time requirements in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
