How long does our Bridal and Bachloerette Soap Making Party last?

Your personalized bridal or bachloerette soap making party, can from 180 minutes, at our Flagship Store located at 20957 Mack Avenue Grosse Pointe, MI 48236. The soap making portion usually lasts 30-60 minutes and we allow another 2 hours to prepare favors and enjoy drinks and other bridal festivities. We usually host our bridal and bachloerette soap making party on Friday, Saturday and Sundays from 10am-8pm. If you need additional available times slots, please call us at 586-315-3994 for more assistance.

What does the cost include?

The cost of a reservation includes a seat at the table and everything you need to make your custom bridal soap favors. We include complimentary hors d'oeuvres and an open coffee and tea bar full of speciality beverages.

What is your cancellation policy?

We get it, life happens. If you request a cancellation at least 24 hours before the time of your pouring, we'll issue you a refund! Please call us at 586-315-3994 to request a cancellation.

Can I bring my own beverages?

Definitely! We can provide glassware and there is a corking fee of $8 per 6-pack or bottle of wine. Seltzers, beer, and wine only. Our Grosse Pointe location has wine available to serve at your convenience! We also carry non-alcoholic wine and mocktails. Please let us know in advance if you are interested in non-alcoholic beverages.

Can I bring food?

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We offer 10% off for reservations of 10 or more seats. Just use the code GROUP10 at checkout!

Are reservations required or do you accept walk-ins?

We are currently not accepting walk-ins. We highly recommend purchasing and booking your reservation in advance.

What if someone in my party doesn't want to make anything?

Our soap making reservations are for one seat. You're more than welcome to share the pouring process with a partner, but please note they may not have a seat if the pouring is full! In order to experience The Beaute Loft in the best way possible, we recommend reserving a seat for each guest attending.

What is your return/cancellation policy?

For our soap making workshops, we require cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled class to receive a full refund. Please contact us at 586-315-3994.

What is the age requirement to make soap?

Because our candle pouring workshops include handling hot soap base and fragrance oils, children must be 5 years or older to participate.

Anyone under 18 must have a legal guardian sign their waiver. Anyone under 12, a legal guardian does not have to be present, but they must have at least one chaperone.

Can I bring my own fragrances or bring my own mold?

Our fragrances and vessels have to go through safety testing, so we can't allow you to mix fragrances or bring your own vessel. But we have over 25 fragrances and vessels to choose from!

How can I change my reservation?

If you need to make any changes to your reservation (date, time, number of seats, etc.), please contact us via 586-315-3994 and we'll take care of you!

Can I take my soap with me after pouring?

Our soap bars require 15-25 minutes to cure after pouring. Once your party is done making their favors, your party will enjoy the open bar and appetizers while The Beaute Loft staff prepares your favors to go.

Can I buy soap making supplies and kits from you?

Yes, please visit us at our Flagship location, visit experiences page or call us at 586-315-399 to purchase soap making supplies or kits.
